Camila Carboni: Senior Partner and Business Intelligence
Born in Brazil to a family of entrepreneurial Italians, Camila earned a degree in Marketing with a specialization in Management and Planning. After extensive experience in working in the field of Relationship Management for companies from different segments, she decided to prioritize both her entrepreneurial streak and her passion by founding a wine import company.
In parallel, Camila obtained a range of certifications in the wine segment, while writing for several magazines, including an exclusive column specializing in wines for the nation’s most influential luxury yacht titles.
Well-known to the Brazilian market after years of entrepreneurship, she decided to explore other horizons and moved to Switzerland after selling her company, and since 2019, has been working as a wine advisor for large investors, in addition to having resumed her activities in marketing.
Combining strategy, creativity and knowledge, Camila has an unquenchable thirst for creating solutions for the difficulties encountered by companies in reaching a very exacting public. Today, she brings all her knowledge and broad commercial vision to her select UHNWI relationship network, using her creativity and ability to form connections for the benefit of her clients. Her greatest assets notably include her ability to communicate in Portuguese, French and English, as well as to understand client needs and create solutions.
Alice Grob: Personal assistant to Asta Ponzo and Junior Manager, Client Relations
Born and raised in Geneva where she completed her formal schooling with a bilingual Swiss Maturity certificate, Alice spent several months in New Zealand perfecting her English, followed by a year in Germany to finetune her German. She subsequently decided to pursue her passion for management, hotel business and marketing in an international context at hotel school in The Hague.
After completing there her first year of theoretical training in the first year of study, it was time for her to put this knowledge into practice and to develop her critical thinking ability. Alice thus joined the Park Hyatt in Vienna to do her internship in customer relations and front office where she discovered that building trusting relationships with guests, surprising them and juggling German, English and French on a daily basis was what stimulated her interest.
Today, these skills, combined with her attention to detail, perfectionism and meticulousness ensure that her work is both competitive and relevant as she entertains clients at a high level in French, English, German and Dutch. Every meeting and every experience remain a means for Alice to continuously challenge herself while learning from others in order to acquire a global understanding of the world of public relations and hospitality in its minutest detail. All with the aim of bringing innovation to an industry where there is still a lot of change to come.
Sofia Kermiche: PR assistant
Born and raised in Geneva, Sofia is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at the prestigious EHL, well-known for pioneering methods of Swiss hospitality education for over 125 years while setting the standards of excellence in this field which combine Swiss values of academic rigor and industry practice with creativity and innovation for modern hospitality management degrees.
Outgoing, ambitious and endowed with a very sociable nature (possibly due to her warm Arabic origins), Sofia is a born communicator who loves nothing better than embarking on discussions with people in order to discover common interests and passions.
She brings a fresh touch of youthful energy and on-trend elegance to the luxury PR team, with a well-entrenched sense of professionalism sure to delight the agency’s prestigious clients. Using a carefully honed sense of observation alongside a strong interest in event planning, fashion, public speaking and eloquence, especially in the luxury industry, Sofia is adept at serving client requirements in French, English, German, Spanish as well as Arabic.
